Early Potentials

The Early Potentials program is designed to identify and nurture talented initiative seekers who are planning on launching their career. The incumbent must possess the skills and attitude to grow among the ranks at Midas Safety. We provide young graduates and professionals with less than 3 years of experience the platform to hone their talent and an opportunity to experience first-hand our values of ‘Great work, great life’! The Early Potentials Program is based on 2 internal rotations that cumulatively span anywhere between 1 to 2 years depending on your role and drive to learn.

tyro Program
A 3 months internship program

Here we induct interns based on projects from the best local colleges or in the last semester up to graduation. This requirement could be project based or task based.

Managment Ambassador
A 12 months Trainee program

In this program Tyros are evaluated and inducted as Management Ambassadors or high caliber graduates who wish to get ahead with a global career. The Management Ambassador is selected for a specific function of Midas Safety and spends a fast paced year delivering on projects before deadlines.
